Starting at 8:00 PM PDT on November 1, AWS reported missing Cost allocation tags data for October 2023 for all cost management products, including Cost Explorer and Cost and Usage Reports (CUR) only for the accounts where cost allocation tags are applied to a resource in the US-EAST-1 Region. AWS is working on the issue, and we are monitoring the situation. Until the situation is resolved, AWS cost data in the CloudZero platform may be inaccurate.

The provider has resolved the issue and are in the process of backfilling data, as they make the corrected data available, you will see it after your next ingest.
