Some customers have reported a degraded experience in the Explorer & Analytics. The problem has been identified and we are working on a fix. More information as it becomes available.

Degraded AWS Service

Starting at 8:00 PM PDT on November 1, AWS reported missing Cost allocation tags data for October 2023 for all cost management products, including Cost Explorer and Cost and Usage Reports (CUR) only for the accounts where cost allocation tags are applied to a resource in the US-EAST-1 Region. AWS is working on the issue, and we are monitoring the situation. Until the situation is resolved, AWS cost data in the CloudZero platform may be inaccurate.
