All affected connections have been resumed. They will temporarily show in the "Error" state until they have a successful ingestion, at which time they will return to "Healthy". We expect all connections to return to healthy within 8 hours.

Dashboards are unavilable

Dashboards seem to be loading - we are watching and working on triage with one of our service providers.
Analytics Dashboards not loading in some cases

We saw periodic failures in Analytics Dashboards to load, depending on how they were referenced.
The team has pushed a fix and we are monitoring now.

New Relic and DataDog billing connections delayed in platform

We have identified and rectified the root cause of this issue. All DataDog and New Relic connections that were affected are currently ingesting data, and will be available in the CloudZero platform alongside their respective billing data as soon as our normal nightly billing ingest cycle completes.

Some Azure billing connections delayed in platform

We have identified and rectified the root cause of this issue. All Azure connections that were affected are currently ingesting data, and will be available in the CloudZero platform alongside their respective billing data as soon as our normal nightly billing ingest cycle completes.
